Police investigate commercial break and enters - Rockdale

Police are appealing for information from the public following two break and enters on commercial properties in the Rockdale area.

The first incident occurred on Sunday 11 September 2016, at a car dealership on the Princes Highway. The offenders broke into the premises and stole a sum of cash.

The second incident occurred on Monday 6 March 2017 at a pawnbrokers business also on the Princes Highway. No money was taken from this break and enter.

Officers attached to the St George Local Area Command attended both incidents and commenced investigations.

Police believe the two break and enters may be linked and have released images of a vehicle and two people they are seeking to identify.

Police believe these people may be able to assist police with their inquiries.

The first male is described as being about 30 old, approximately 175cm tall with a medium build. He was wearing dark pants, an orange high visibility jumper and a dark coloured beanie.

The other man was also about 30-years-old with a medium build. He was wearing a light coloured hooded jacket, dark pants and a beanie.

Investigations are continuing.
