135 cannabis plants seized after locating a hydroponic setup - Hurstville

Police are investigating after locating a hydroponic set up in Sydney’s south.
About 7pm yesterday (Thursday 13 April 2017), police were called to Ruby Street, Hurstville, following reports a man had been stabbed.
Upon arrival, police were unable to locate anyone at the scene and commenced a search of the area.
It will be alleged during the search, officers attached to St George Local Area Command located a hydroponic set up, 135 cannabis plants and drug paraphernalia.
All items were seized and will undergo forensic testing.
Inquiries are continuing and police are urging anyone with information to contact Kogarah Police Station via Crime Stoppers.
