Woman charged following alleged stabbing - Dee Why

A woman has been charged with malicious wounding following a domestic related incident at Dee Why early this morning.

About 1.30am (Wednesday 12 April 2017), police attended a unit in Richmond Avenue following reports of a domestic related incident.

Police found a 35-year-old man suffering stab wounds to his back and ribs. The man was taken to Mona Vale Hospital where he was treated for his injuries and has since been released.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and taken to Manly Police Station.

She has been charged with malicious wounding and was refused bail to appear in Manly Local Court today (Wednesday 12 April 2017).
