Police investigate alleged indecent assault of woman - Chatswood

Police are investigating an alleged indecent assault that occurred at Chatswood last week and are seeking to speak to a man who may assist with inquiries.

About 3pm on Monday 27 March 2017, a man approached a woman on the escalators on two separate occasions at Chatswood Interchange and allegedly indecently assaulted her.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He is described as being Asian in appearance, approximately 30 to 40 years of age, with a solid build and short black hair.

The man depicted in the images is wearing a blue polo shirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Anyone who may have information is urged to contact North Shore Local Area Command or Crime Stoppers.
