Police appeal for information after assault - Revesby

Police are appealing for a man and witnesses to come forward after an assault in Revesby yesterday.

About 6am (Saturday 1 April 2017), police were called to Monaro Avenue, following reports of an assault and robbery.

Officers from Bankstown Local Area Command attended and are investigating the incident.

A witness has told police that four or five men assaulted and robbed another man at the location.

There may have been a blue hatch-back car in the vicinity at the time of the assault.

Police have been unable to locate the man and there are concerns for his welfare as the extent of his injuries are unknown.

Investigators are appealing for the man and any witnesses to come forward.
