Police appeal after parked vehicle damaged - Belmore

Police would like to speak to two men who may be able to assist with inquiries following a crash in Sydney’s south west this morning.

About 8.30am (Sunday 26 February 2017), police have been told a white Holden utility was travelling west on Leylands Parade, Belmore, when it hit an unoccupied parked Volkswagen Caddy, causing significant damage to both vehicles.

The two male occupants of the Holden fled the scene on foot.

Officers from Campsie Local Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.

Police would like to speak to two men who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The first man is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, aged in his 30s, bald and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt.

The second man is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance. He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt and white shorts.

Anyone with information about the men or crash is urged to come forward.
