Break and enter at pharmacy - Cobar

Police are investigating after a break and enter at a pharmacy this morning in the state’s north-west.

Officers have been told about 4.30am (Friday 24 February 2017), four men forced entry to a pharmacy on Marshall Street, Cobar, and stole more than 50 boxes of prescription medication.

The business was unoccupied at the time.

Officers from Darling River Local Area Command attended and are investigating the incident.

Police would like to speak to four men who they believe can assist with their inquiries.

The first man is described as having a thin build. At the time of the incident he was seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark blue pants, dark blue hoodie and black shoes with white trim.

The second man was seen wearing dark clothing and was in possession of a striped shopping bag.

The third man was seen wearing a black ‘Adidas’ hoodie and black pants.

The fourth man was seen wearing a black/blue hoodie.

Inquiries into the incident are continuing.
