Stolen property seized during search warrant - Port Macquarie

Police from Mid North Coast Local Area Command have seized an amount of property suspected of being stolen, during a search of a home in Port Macquarie today.

About 8.30am (Thursday 23 February 2017), police searched a home on The Bowspirit following investigations into a number of break and enter offences that occurred around the canal area of Port Macquarie.

As a result of the search police allegedly located outboard marine motors, marine flares, marine batteries, fishing rods and equipment, various gardening power tools, a trail bike, and various pushbikes.

All property was seized and inquiries continue into ownership.

Inquiries into the break-ins continue and charges are expected to be laid against the 23-year-old occupant of the home and a second man, aged 20.
