Missing person - Fairfield

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing man in Sydney’s south west.

Leonard Pungar, 78, was last seen at Fairfield on 20 March 2017.

Police hold concerns for his safety due to his age and possible inability to care for himself as he may be currently living on the street.

Police suspect he may be a frequent user of the public transport systems around the Sydney Metro area, specifically around Strathfield and Stanmore.

He is described as Caucasian, 157cm tall, clean shaven, with short grey hair, and he was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, navy tracksuit pants, and white sand shoes.
