Serious crash near Lismore

Police are investigating a serious crash 10km south of Lismore this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Bruxner Highway, South Gundurimba, about 7.50am (Thursday 16 March 2017), after a Ford Laser and a Holden Commodore collided.
The driver of the Ford, a 58-year-old man and his 17-year -old male passenger, were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for serious injuries.
The driver of the Holden, a 52-year-old woman was also treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
All three people have been taken to Lismore Base Hospital for further treatment.
Officers attached to Richmond Local Area Command – with assistance from Crash Investigation Unit – established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
Bruxner Highway is closed in both directions with local diversions in place.
