Armed robbery - Charmhaven

Police are appealing for public information after an armed robbery on Sydney’s Central Coast last night.

Just before 9pm (Sunday 12 March 2017), a 30-year-old man was working in a fast food store on Pacific Highway, Charmhaven, when an unknown man entered the store and approached him.

The man threatened the employee with a knife before fleeing with a sum of cash. No one was injured during the incident.

Officers from Tuggerah Lakes Local Area Command attended and have commenced inquires.

Police would like to speak to a man who might be able to assist their investigations.

He is described as being of medium build, approximately 180cm tall with blue eyes.

At the time of the incident he was seen wearing a face mask, a white hooded top, dark pants, white sneakers, yellow gloves and was carrying a green fabric shopping bag.
