Woman blows 0.269 at Minto

Police were patrolling Minto shortly before 10pm (Thursday 9 March 2017), when they saw a 4WD driving slowly along Redfern Road with no headlights on.

Officers stopped the vehicle and subjected the driver to a roadside breath test which was positive.

The woman was arrested and taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station where she underwent a breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.269.

The 58-year-old Minto woman was charged with a high-range PCA offence and her licence was confiscated on the spot.

She is due to appear in Campbelltown Local Court on Tuesday 4 April 2017..
