Armed robbery - Armidale

Police are investigating an armed robbery in Armidale on the weekend.
Police have been told about 7.50pm (Sunday 5 March 2017), an 18-year-old man was walking at the intersection of Erskine and Marsh Streets when he was approached by two men.
One of the men produced a knife and threatened the 18-year-old man, stealing a mobile phone, cigarettes and clothing.
The men then left the location on foot and were last seen headed west on Erskine Street.
Officers from New England Local Area Command are investigating the incident.
Police would like to speak to two men who they believe can assist with inquiries.
The first man is described as being about 20-25, and Caucasian in appearance. He is about 165cm tall with a stocky build, dark-coloured hair and a short beard. At the time of the incident he was seen wearing red shorts and a blue polo shirt.
The second man is described as being about 20-25, and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in appearance. He is about 180cm tall with a thin build. At the time of the incident he was seen wearing a white hoody style jumper and dark pants.
