Stabbing - Bankstown

Police are investigating a stabbing in Sydney’s south west.

About 11.30pm (Friday 3 March 2017), police were called to a unit on Robertson Road, Bass Hill, after a 45-year-old man sustained lacerations to his chest during a confrontation.

The man has been taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.

A crime scene has been established and detectives from Bankstown Local Area Command are investigating what led to the incident.

No arrests have yet been made.
